Your purpose:
You will design, plan and improve the sales and recruitment activities to execute the mission of the Undergraduate School (UGS) and achieve its sales objectives.
What you will do ?
- Develops and oversees the sales and recruitment teams across 3 campuses for the UGS
- Manages the teams and leads them by developing selling strategies for the UGS and implementing them to achieve the UGS’s established revenues target and development objectives in a cost-effective manner.
- Active participation to the UGS management team by providing evidence-based recommendations and support to the overall strategy of the UGS and EHL Group.
- Built collaboration with the Growth office for the alignment of the Sales & recruitment initiatives.
Who you are?
- Bachelor’s degree in management or related field. Master is a plus.
- Established (3 years ) experience in sales
- Experience in management of 20 team.
- Experience in managing multi-locations teams.
- Thorough knowledge of strategies, principles and state-of- the art methods in sales and marketing.
- Sales and business development skills.
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
- Capacity to motivate positively a team.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- English and French are required- other languages strongly recommended.
