The Digital CVM Tribe is looking for a specialist in NBO, Omni-channel and Customer Journeys. This is a highly technical roll, but also commercial knowledge.

Areas of responsibility:

  • The role is responsible for designing, consulting, analyzing, check feasibility and to implement end to end a state-of-art NBO & Customer Journeys for X-sell, Upsell, Change of Service, and Value-Added Services
  • Support the definition of NBA/Omni-channel roadmap & strategy in alignment with Business Teams and IT Development Teams
  • Co-design with IT Architecture the supporting systems to ensure best in class execution and automation for the new NBO engine & Omni-channel experience.
  • Optimized implementation of NBO/Omni-channel sales, promotions, and marketing campaigns across our physical shops, tele sales, retention & online channels
  • Close collaboration with the Business Intelligence, Analytics, CRM, Product Catalog and Management & Integration Layer & Content Management teams to ensure that the Concept of NBOs are scoped, implemented, and tracked correctly
  • Project management (Agile Scrum) in collaboration with internal and external partners in a Multi-Vendor Eco-System
  • Organizing both incremental and big bang Commercial Launch of the Initiatives coming from the Value Stream
  • Provide presentation and documentation for the introduction new initiatives at Senior Director & CxO Level
  • Understand the competitors moves & target market, Customers' pain points and their needs to help shape our NBO, Human / Customer centric strategies


  • 8+ Overall Years of experience in eCommerce (preferably Telco industry) with responsibility for channels (e.g. digital sales, physical channels, call centers, etc.)
  • Bachelors' degree in Computer Science/Engineering - Master's degree in Commercial/Business field is an advantage
Functional expert in technology:
  • End2end offer & order flow management
  • North to South (Frontends to Backend systems)
  • Advantage: good knowledge of Storyblock, Hybris Cloud, and CRM Clarify
Experience in Commercial:
  • Customer Analytics and Decisioning (NBO & NBA)
  • Customer Journeys
  • Marketing automation
  • +2 years of experience in project management and SCRUM is an advantage

  • Entrepreneurial mindset. Can solve problems with limited amount of information and guidance. High degree of self-organization and ability to prioritize work. Owns actions to reach targets.
  • Strategic thinking and planning, team player with hands-on mentality.
  • Excellent skills in presenting and analyzing data and creating actionable reports/action plans.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to report and persuade different levels, including senior management.
  • Fluent in English. (German/French are an asset.)
