Touchless Biometric System AG is the biometric specialist behind countless security integrators and resellers – providing biometric expertise, products and solutions in Access Control and Time & Attendance.


Goal

Your position as an International Business Growth Manager will be crucial for the achievement of our bold ambition to become one of the world’s fastest growing biometric companies. Currently several thousand TBS installations – mainly in Europe and Middle East - are waiting for renewal and transfer to the cloud. You will be part of our core team and a key person for the retention and development of existing clients. For such purpose you will travel and visit around 100-150 clients per year. You will work hand in hand with the head of sales as well as local TBS representatives and TBS resellers.

  • Commercial or technical education (at least bachelor degree or equivalent)
  • Experience in security business and/or Software sales
  • Proven track record of enterprise client acquisition
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Fluent in writing and speaking in German and English



… and with your absolute commitment to perfectly serve your key account clients

  • Prepare each customer visit with utmost care
  • Listen to and understand customer’s needs
  • Coordinate closely your visit with the local reseller and TBS representative
  • Provide our customers with your best advice, service and care
  • Motivate them to renew their existing site and to benefit from TBS cloud services (thereby increasing our recurring revenue base)
  • Document and report your findings for constant improvement of TBS products and services
