- Organization and management of the wine cellar
- Professional storage of wines, considering optimal conditions
- Providing all wines for various establishments and events
- Excellent guest consultation regarding suitable wine pairings (especially for events, banquets, and in the restaurant)
- Collaboration with the F&B/ Purchasing team in wine procurement
- Adherence to strict hygiene regulations and standards
- Continuous education in the field of wine and spirits
- Assistance with inventory of the wine cellar
- Working in accordance with applicable hygiene standards
- Start date: immediately or by agreement
This is you
- Completed restaurant or hotel management training, further education as a sommelier, or equivalent qualification
- Professional experience in high class gastronomy
- In-depth knowledge of wine and spirits
- Experience in creating wine lists and managing a wine cellar
- Strong communication skills and a pronounced guest orientation
- Teamwork and flexibility
- Willingness to educate yourself further
- Organizational talent and precision
- Proficiency in German, English, and Italian
