- Managing reporting deadlines and coordinating individual delivery timetables per fund
- Production of reports, partly supported by an accounting software
- Submission of reports to regulators and to internal / external stakeholders
- Monitoring and error handling of submitted information
- Support within daily Accounting tasks for Funds and SPVs
- Ensuring a smooth and in-time year- and quarter-end closing process
- Support within Accounting / Reporting projects
- Degree in finance or at least 5 years of profession experience as a reporting specialist, senior fund accountant or similar professional qualification in the Luxembourg fund sector
- Ideally you have an accounting background and you are familiar with Luxembourgish GAAP
- You are familiar with [regulatory] fund reporting requirements of CSSF and BCL such as U1.1, SbS, AIFMD
- Strong language skills in English; German is an advantage
- You like working in a team and at the same time assume personal responsibility
- You are able to work timeline driven while maintaining a very high quality standard
- You work reliably, are solution-oriented and have a "hands on" mentality
- You are flexible and feel comfortable even with changing requirements
- Experienced MS Office user; SAP and Yardi knowledge is an advantage
