Guarantee the continuous improvement of the competencies inside Network sales force in terms of commercial skills in coherence with training needs and the CE brand strategy. This position is responsible for: • perform training needs analysis and design sales curricula; • design and deliver product training courses for existing and new products, • co-design with external suppliers selling skills training modules • design training module aimed to analyze the competitor’s products in order to define the selling proposition for the customers; • perform product walk-around and ride & drive; • create and update training materials; • support the organization of training courses/events; • create storyboard for on line courses and on line training materials; • design blended training curriculum using on and off line learning resources; • evaluate effectiveness of training actions and learning results for participants.

• Collaborate to implement contents for competency assessment and support the delivery of need analysis • Design product training programs. • Develop Commercial Training Documentation throughout research, analysis and interpretation of engineering information and contacts with Engineering Dept.. • Transform technical product information in “customer’s benefits” and “selling arguments” • Deliver Classroom & Outdoor sessions. • Proactive collaboration with Platform Marketing Managers and Technical Training Group to monitor product evolution and update Product Info and Training Documentation. • Proactive collaboration with Sales Team in the Markets to identify and satisfy local training needs. • Coordinate the activity of external suppliers in preparation of product literature ensuring the objectives of timing and cost of training events. • Create storyboard for on line courses • Perform competitive analysis for sales purposes • Make training evaluation both in terms of participants competencies improvements and dealer/company results • Reporting of training process and results.
