At this stage, we can tell you that the company based in Kirchberg, a manufacturer of industrial machinery, is looking for a Technical Support (m/f/d) at 80-100% to assist their client as soon as possible.
Responsibilities:
-National technical support 2nd level
-Assistance with the operation of the central technical support hotline
-Technical support in project planning and implementation
-On-site training and support for specialist dealers during installation and commissioning of our systems
-Organization and implementation of dealer and customer training courses
Profile sought:
-Technical training with EFZ or farmer with HAFL
-Technical versatility with skills in automation, electricity a plus.
-In-depth knowledge of industrial machinery.
-Good command of German and English; knowledge of French is an advantage.
