Head of HR 100%
Aufgabenbereich
  • Lead the HR department, including recruiting, negotiating salaries, staff development and administration, actively engaging in all tasks.
  • Support in conflict resolution.
  • Onboarding of manager´s and contribute to maintain healthy company culture.
  • Identify key talent inside and outside the organization.
  • Oversee monthly payroll processes.
  • Oversee the personnel insurance portfolio, conducting regular reviews and renegotiating contracts when necessary.
  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives aligned with company objectives.
  • Ensure legal compliance with relevant HR laws and regulations.
  • Conduct strategic resource planning, developing and implementing recruitment strategies, overseeing and managing the recruitment process, and managing the onboarding process of new team members.
  • Serve as an HR Business Partner, offering guidance and support to managers on various HR topics.
  • Planning and implementing training programs for team members.
  • Drive digitalization and innovation within the HR department.
  • Managing systems and processes for conducting regular employee performance appraisals, salary reviews, and managing the performance-based bonus programme to motivate and drive high performance.
  • Maintaining and promoting TKP?s positive work culture and monitoring employee satisfaction on a regular basis.
Anforderungsprofil
  • A proven track record in Human Resources, with knowledge of payroll processes.
  • Exceptional leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Excellent command of both German and English, French is a plus
  • Operational knowledge of key HR processes and hands-on experience, preferably in a small to medium-sized company.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing organizational needs.
  • In-depth knowledge of Swiss labour laws and HR best practices.
  • Experience recruiting for highly specialised roles, such as highly skilled medical doctors, professors, and executives.
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the -organization.
  • Passion for driving positive change within the HR function and the overall organization.
  • Tech savvy, proficiency in O365. Experience with Personio and Abacus is a plus.
  • Experience in healthcare settings is a plus.
