We are looking for you to join our team in Baden-Dättwil
- You will be responsible for identifying and analysing POCT market opportunities, including developing go-to-market and expansion strategies in international markets.
- You will develop and maintain relationships with key clients, partners and stakeholders in the healthcare sector, both locally and internationally. You will share information and maintain a good, trusted business relationship.
- You will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase sales and market share in various regions.
- Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence to identify trends, needs and potential challenges in the international environment.
- You will work with internal teams such as Marketing, Sales and Product Development to ensure that our products meet market needs and are successfully positioned.
- You will analyse the market (supplier situation, product users/buyers, influencing factors, environmental factors, competition, SWOT analysis) in cooperation with product management for the specific products and determine the appropriate tactics.
- You will also work with country managers to determine the structure of the POC portfolio in each Axon country based on the market data collected, and then implement and adjust the portfolio locally through direct customer contact.
As aProduct Manager, you will be the key expert for specific products in the POC diagnostic solutions from Axonlab. Significant collaborationwith thesales teamon commercial opportunities andinteraction with customerswill be your source of knowledge and inspiration. You will be the go-to person for our sales, consultancy and customer support colleagues when they need specific product information.
- You have a university degree (PhD, MBA, Diploma) in natural sciences (e.g molecular biology, biochemistry or medicine).
- You have knowledge in sales, applications, commercial activities and the business management.
- You have practical experience in business development projects.
- You are able to work and communicate cross-functionally and are a team player with a hands-on mentality.
- You are self-motivated, flexible and have an analytical mindset.
- You are highly service-oriented, communicative and quick-witted.
- You are willing to travel and have good stamina.
- German and English business fluent, other languages an advantage.
