As a Team Assistant, you will be a permanent employee of our Accounting Team. In this position, you will be in charge of various administrative tasks as described below.

As a Team Assistant, you will be a permanent employee of our Accounting Team. In this position, you will be in charge of various administrative tasks as described below.

The role

  • Providing general support to the Accounting Department Head and the Departments day to day functions including:
  • Organisation of meetings and conference calls often between several people over different time zones
  • Co-ordination of deadlines and deliverables for the various stakeholders
  • Carrying out travel arrangements including flight schedules, hotel bookings, visa applications and logistics as required
  • Assistance with drafting documents and presentations
  • Assistance with virtual data room preparation
  • Process incoming/outgoing telephone calls
  • Processing invoices in P2P
  • Onboarding of new employees and External Consultants
  • Co-ordination of Internal Trainings
  • Taking care of general administrative work, including storing and filing
  • Covering Team colleague whilst on vacation or during regular day off

Our ideal person

  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic and a true team player with a high level of trust and integrity
  • Strong organizational skills and has the ability to prioritise tasks and good accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Proactive, self-starting way of working
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office tool

Minimum requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience as an assistant, preferably in a similar function
  • Fluent in English (corporate language), any additional language is an asset
  • Current Swiss B/C Permit or EU passport holder
