Your tasks will be as follows:
- Warmly welcome patients, visitors, and clinic staff, reflecting the high standards of our establishment.
- Supervise and motivate the Guest Relations team (7 people), ensuring effective management and a positive work environment.
- Resolve any potential issues within the team by applying effective conflict management strategies.
- Actively participate in the continuous improvement of processes and services within the department.
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the Guest Relations department.
- Play a key role in managing admissions for international patients, ensuring personalized and high-quality attention.
- Collaborate closely with Guest Relations for the management of complaints and special requests, ensuring optimal customer satisfaction.
- Co-manage work schedules, ensuring availability and efficiency of staff.
- Contribute to the training and professional development of new employees and interns.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the Net Promoter Score (NPS) by ensuring exceptional customer service, actively collecting patient feedback, and initiating continuous improvements to increase satisfaction and patient loyalty.
- Degree in hotel management.
- Professional background in 5-star establishments of international hotel chains (Four Seasons, Mandarin Oriental, Ritz Carlton, etc.).
- Confirmed managerial experience.
- Proficiency in written and spoken French and English (3rd language a plus).
- Innate sense of contact and strong customer sensitivity.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
