Senior Manager Microsoft Dynamics - Delivery Expert
Your contribution to KPMG
- Build and develop the MSFT team by 1) successfully delivering projects and 2) filling a leadership role to grow the Swiss practice (incl. knowledge sharing by training junior team members on the job)
- Expand our relationship with key clients, position KPMG as the go to provider for Microsoft Dynamics services
- Play a key role in client engagements primarily related to MS Dynamics and general integration management, program assurance as well as conceptual advice throughout the implementation cycle
- Work together with the customer to determine the most suitable architecture, Target Operation Models, process optimisation and leveraging the KPMG Powered Enterprise methodology
- Leverage your strong expertise and relation in the market and strengthen the international KPMG network in this field
- Follow market developments and trends, share them internally as well as with your clients
This is what makes you successful
- Over 8 years of hands-on experience actively involved in multiple Dynamics ERP and Microsoft Dynamics CRM implementation and advisory projects, adeptly navigating as a project and program manager
- Possess strong consultancy skills complemented by a keen focus on delivery, ensuring projects are executed seamlessly and efficiently
- Proven ability to establish rapport with clients, fostering trust and confidence in the delivery process. Experience working with international clients adds depth to expertise
- Capable of working autonomously or within project teams, taking ownership of tasks and driving delivery to successful outcomes
- Valuable network within the Swiss market, particularly advantageous for delivery-focused roles, enhancing collaboration and problem-solving capabilities
- Proficient in both German and English languages, facilitating effective communication throughout project lifecycles
- Hold a Master's degree, preferably in economics, informatics, or engineering, providing a strong foundation for delivery excellence in Dynamics implementations
