In order to strengthen our Perfumes Europe & Africa sales marketing department and to support the brand elevation development strategy, we are recruiting a talented :

Accountabilities

Trade marketing

• Elevate the Bulgari instore experience and create activations guidelines for key launches. Support the Travel Retail team in coordination with Central Trade in Rome.
• Gather reports (qualitative and quantitative results) on the Marketing Activations done by markets.
• Ensure the implementation and update of visual merchandising tools.
• Manage trade marketing activation: from brief to installation.
• Support the field team assuring in perfect instore execution.
• Support of the Marketing Associate Managers on the development of brick & mortar activities.
• Management of the guidelines and assets to share to the area.
• Ensure the availability & implementation of VM tools.

Merchandising

• Development of the planograms across the markets (DOM/TR) to ensure a consistent brand image across the region.

Stock

• Follow up of the stock product orders for the office (Europe and Africa DOM & TR Team), Uniforms, VM props (cloches, trays...).
• Incentive orders for specific projects.

Community

• Animate La Gazetta di B @Instagram @VivaEngage to animate and engage around the Bulgari Experience.

e-business

• Ensure a good online representation by refitting the brand's page and providing the assets as required.
• Support the development of brand’s pages for key online retailers.

Administration

• PO creation.
• Supplier creation.
• Follow-up with suppliers.

Profile

Student in final year of your master’s degree in marketing or BusinessAdministration,youarelookingfor a 6 months internship.

You have ideally a first experience in a marketing department of a multicultural and challenging environment. A previous exposure or passion to the fragrance or luxury environment is a strong asset.

You have excellent command of Excel and PowerPoint and are fluent in French and English.

Thanks to your excellent communication and project management skills, you work transversally supporting different teams and projects. Business and customer-oriented, you have an acute mind-setwith a strong drive to results. Able to think strategically, you bring a big picture and a global vision. Proactive and creative, you are recognized for your entrepreneurial spirit and your ability to set the priorities in a changing environment.

You are curious, eager to learn, flexible and capable to find effective solutions to business problems. Teamwork is key for you and you build strong trustful relations with internal and external stakeholders.
