We are seeking an experienced Freelance Web3 Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This role will primarily be remote, with occasional travel to Paris and Geneva necessary for team meetings and stakeholder engagement. The successful candidate will manage key projects focusing on blockchain technology and decentralized applications.

Description

• Lead the planning and implementation of Web3 projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints.
• Coordinate and facilitate communication between cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and strategic partners, to ensure clarity of vision and project alignment.
• Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from conception through to completion, including risk management, stakeholder communication, and post-project evaluation.
• Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management and key stakeholders.
• Adapt project strategies and approaches in response to technical challenges or shifts in strategic direction

Profile

• Proven experience in project management, specifically within the blockchain or Web3 space.
• Strong understanding of blockchain technology, smart contracts, and decentralized applications.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholder demands and expectations effectively.
• Excellent organizational skills, with an emphasis on priorities and goal setting.
• Strong communication skills, proficient in English and French.
• Ability to travel to Paris and Geneva as required by the project needs.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certification (e.g., PMP, Agile Certified Practitioner) is preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of project management experience, with at least 1 year in a Web3 or blockchain environment.

Job Offer
