With your accurate and quick mind, you will enjoy supporting an international team on the legal side in reaching their goals for their projects in impact investing.

• Advise internal stakeholders such as Investment Officers, Credit Analysts and Transaction Managers in regards of the execution of private debt transactions in impact investing with special focus on the LATAM region
• Draft, review and negotiate all types of documentation in relation to secured and unsecured, senior and subordinated lending (bilateral and syndicated) as well as different types of cross-border collaterals
• Review legal opinions and instruct, respectively manage external legal counsels in various jurisdictions
• Point of contact for inquiries from foreign financial supervisory authorities and responsible to register responsAbility funds in foreign jurisdictions
• Advise on KYC requirements according to legal requirements and in line with internal policiesPrepare and deliver training material to train and support internal stakeholders

• Master's degree in law and min. 6-7 years of relevant experience in a comparable position in the financial industry (in-house and/or tier one law firm)
• Founded legal knowledge in connection with International Private Law as well as in Finance and Corporate Law
• Experience in working with LMA/LSTA documentation
• Excellent written and verbal communication as well as drafting and negotiating skills, used to and flair for easily interacting with different stakeholders in a global and diverse organization
• Experience in Private Equity/M&A and managing legal projects would be a strong asset
• Ability to execute tasks in oral and written working English; knowledge of other languages such as Spanish and/or French are an asset
