- Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap with the Product Manager
- Lead the identification of customer and user needs as well as business opportunities
- Prioritize feature development based on market trends, feedback, and objectives
- Ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery through the Agile team
- Collaborate with development, marketing, sales, and compliance to gather requirements
- Conduct user research to validate customer needs continuously
- Plan iterations and program increments, coordinating dependencies with other Product Owners
- Monitor product performance, analyze key metrics, and improve user experience
- Ensure compliance with quality and IT security standards
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or Healthcare
- Multiple years of professional experience in digital product development and working in an Agile environment (Scrum)
- Familiarity with the pharmacy sector or experience working closely with pharmacy teams is a plus
- Strong analytical, conceptual, and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to set clear priorities
- Strong sense of responsibility and self-initiative
- Fluent in English; German is a plus, and basic knowledge of French is welcomed
- 13th monthly salary
