Be responsible to ensure the quality of the Facility Management (FM) services for all operations through the application of service management best practice, thereby contributing to the strategic targets of the business in terms of revenue, profitability and customer satisfaction.
Workplace: Renens, Biel or Zurich, with weekly travel to other sites
Your duties
- Office Move Coordination
- FM Services coordination, planning and support
- First point of contact (SPOC) for employees
- FM contracts: RFP process support, third party contractor management, contract document development and review.
- FM projects: project management including on site work coordination, cost, deadline and quality compliance, reporting. Identification and escalation of any potential issues.
- FM quality management and documentation: process review, implementation and optimisation. On-site monitoring, auditing and enforcement of SLAs agreed in FM contracts.
- FM Benchmarking (ESG): key performance indicators’ collection, measurement and analysis.
What you bring
- Technical or commercial education, completed with a training in Facility Management
- Knowledge in Business management
- Several years of experience in the field of operational Facility Management
- Service-minded, autonomous and proactive
- Good communication skills
- Car driving license
- French is mandatory, with a good level of English and German
