IT Service Continuity Management Expert
YOUR MISSION
• Promote Group Operational Resilience vision and ambition for sounding practice implemented at Entities, and act as catalyzer for cultural change on traditional IT Service Continuity and IT Resilience topics
• As specialist, contribute to the implementation of the Group’s Operational Resilience, IT Service Continuity Management, and IT Resilience Strategies
• Be active member of the Group Operational Resilience team, supporting transversal projects and activities standing on Resilience, beyond the IT Service Continuity Management and IT Resilience primary scope
• Support in the identification of market best practices on IT Resilience and IT Service Continuity Management and in the integration in the AXA Group Operational Resilience strategy
• Provide professional support to AXA Entities for their understanding of Group requirements, advising for the correct prioritization, and helping in identify actions that require Group Operational Resilience and IT Service Continuity Management involvement
• Support in the oversight of residual risks at AXA GO related to Operational Resilience, IT Service Management, and IT Resilience. Ensure requirements for new and existing products are understood, retained, and in scope for application.
This position will have a key impact in promoting the Operational Resilience, IT Service Continuity Management, and IT Resilience Group strategies as part of the business resilience model for the Group.
Stakeholders: His/her sponsors, stakeholders, Subject Matter Experts, Group Security, SAS, Group CM, Group BCM, Internal Audit, Risk Management, HR, Finance, Project Management Office, Group Security, Market and Local Operational Resilience and IT teams, Group CSO N-1 and N-2, Regional CISOs/CSOs, Global ITSCM Community, GO Community Group and Global Business Continuity Management Teams and Crisis Leaders. Vendors, Specific government agencies.
KEY RESPONSABILITIES
• Support the Group IT Service Continuity Management lead to the implementation of the Group IT Service Continuity Management strategy, plus contingent labor as required
• Support other practices within Group Operational Resilience, including Crisis Management and Business Continuity, in the achievement of the overall Operational Resilience Strategy
• Support other functions at Group Security and AXA GO to achieve AXA ambition
• Be active member of Group IT Service Continuity Management, Operational Resilience and Group Security teams
• Contribute to the interaction with the main stakeholders and governance bodies at Group AXA, supporting the achievements of Operational Resilience strategic objectives
• Serve as point of contact for Entities, to ensure the global deployment of IT Service Continuity Management programs, through established relationship management governance. Advise and educate the ITSCM Community on IT Resilience challenges related to new technology and AXA IT strategy
• Provide subject matter expertise and support to associated Operational Resilience teams
• Contribute to the definition and the delivery of Group Operational Resilience simulations, tests, and exercise
• Support AXA GO Operational Resilience team in the oversight of IT Service Continuity management and IT Resilience risks through global programs and transversal production
• Support in the overall analysis of the residual risks of AXA Group for Operational Resilience, IT Service Continuity Management, and IT Resilience

• Certification [CBCP/MBCP/MBCI] – Desirable
• ITIL
YOUR PROFILE
• At least 10 years’ experience working in the Operational Resilience domain, with relevant experience on IT Service Continuity Management, IT Resilience, and/or Cyber Security
• Exposure to senior stakeholders in the organization
• Good understanding of IT operations
• Experience working within a multi-cultural, global environment
• Ability to function effectively in a matrix structure
• Operate comfortably at a Group function
• Ability to negotiate and to manage conflicts
• Ability to create network and to build relationship
• Good communication and presentation skills [written and verbal – English]
• Be able to execute tasks in high-pressure environment
