Transaction Services Specialist I Operations Teams
Transactions Services Secialist Responsibilities
- Manage Mutual and Hedge funds orders process including execution, liquidation of transactions and post trades controls
- Administer full Private Equity process
- Monitor complete Derivatives workflow for Listed options
- Process Securities transactions and lifecycle events
- Manage Cryptocurrencies operations and workflows including post trades controls
- Administer complete process of Incoming and Outgoing transfers free of payments
- Process Internal transfers
- Perform Operational controls
- Reconciliate data between systems, platforms, and counterparties
- Analyze and remediate failed trades and reconciliation breaks
- Deal with counterparties requests
- Work in partnership with other departments mainly with commercial team
- Complete required reporting
- Monitor Key performance and Key risk indicators
- Participate in projects
- Identify opportunities to reduce operational risk and improve operational efficiency
- Enhance client service level
Academic Profile
Bachelor’s degree
Experience required
- Five years of relevant experience in financial industry in the following fields: Investment funds, Alternative Investments, Derivative products, Digital assets, Risk and Project management.
- Strong technical knowledge of transactions lifecycle, trading processes, alternative products, private equity, digital assets and applicable regulations.
