Transaction Services Specialist I Operations Teams

Transactions Services Secialist Responsibilities

• Manage Mutual and Hedge funds orders process including execution, liquidation of transactions and post trades controls
• Administer full Private Equity process
• Monitor complete Derivatives workflow for Listed options
• Process Securities transactions and lifecycle events
• Manage Cryptocurrencies operations and workflows including post trades controls
• Administer complete process of Incoming and Outgoing transfers free of payments
• Process Internal transfers
• Perform Operational controls
• Reconciliate data between systems, platforms, and counterparties
• Analyze and remediate failed trades and reconciliation breaks
• Deal with counterparties requests
• Work in partnership with other departments mainly with commercial team
• Complete required reporting
• Monitor Key performance and Key risk indicators
• Participate in projects
• Identify opportunities to reduce operational risk and improve operational efficiency
• Enhance client service level

Academic Profile

Bachelor’s degree

Experience required

• Five years of relevant experience in financial industry in the following fields: Investment funds, Alternative Investments, Derivative products, Digital assets, Risk and Project management.
• Strong technical knowledge of transactions lifecycle, trading processes, alternative products, private equity, digital assets and applicable regulations.
