Finance Controller (f/m/d) - Elsau

The main missions of the role are:

- Provide reliable financial and controlling information

• Perform monthly closing processes and assist in monthly reporting processes
• Participate in financial forecasting and budgeting processes
• Development and maintain and monthly analysis of cost centre reporting
• Update information into the ERP System and ensure reliability of costing information in Abacus
• Contribute to the control and management of the plant’s operating cash flow (capex, inventories, overdues)
• Management of investment applications

- Project & R&D Controlling

• Support the project management with financial information during all project phases (acquisition, development, execution)
• Support business profitability analytics for first-fit, retro-fit and aftersales segments
• Support our R&D team with financial analysis about R&D activities related to customer and development projects (Hours booking, capitalisation, etc)
• Ensure compliance to all financial procedures
• Develop, execute, and control internal finance procedures

- Ensure site activities are compliant with Hug Engineering/Faurecia finance related procedures (product flow, inventory, routings, …) and internal control basics

Qualifications

• University or Business School with a Finance degree or Master’s degree in Finance/Controlling
• 2-3 years’ experience in controlling department of manufacturing business, project business is an advantage

Skills and competencies:

• Excellent controlling and accounting knowledge
• Must be a self-starter, self-motivated and have great organizational skills
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to communicate and work as a team with sales, production and R&D team
• Good expertise of ERP System ABACUS is a best, knowledge in the ERP system “SAP“ and/or Hyperion is an advantage
• Proficient with MS Office applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
• Good communication skills
• Fluent in German and English required
