As a Brand Manager Sustainability, you will lead the shaping and implementation of the sustainability roadmap for Nespresso Switzerland.

A Day in the Life of a Brand Manager Sustainability

  • Flawlessly manage End-to-End projects, including business case, agencies brief, coordination with operations, and results tracking.
  • Define communication strategy and execute consumer engagement campaigns focused on sustainability.
  • Lead advocacy plan and act as the sustainability point of contact for the corporate PR agency.
  • Manage the entire process from brief and stakeholder matrix creation to messages execution.
  • Develop and lead the second life innovation pipeline for Nespresso Switzerland, including regional partnerships for B2C and B2B.
  • Develop deep consumer insights to support marketing strategy and improve always-on sustainability communication to leverage sustainability as a selling point in recruitment and loyalty communication.
  • Ideate and develop strong regional initiatives in close partnership with marketing teams.


What will make you successful

  • University degree in Marketing.
  • Successful experience in marketing roles, preferably in FMCG companies.
  • Strong affinity and commitment to sustainability.
  • Fluent in French and English, German would be a strong plus.
  • Solid coordination and project management skills.
