Facilities Senior Coordinator
- Management of facility coordinators and Assistants (Maintenance, Repair, Modernization)
- Coordination and management of subcontractors and suppliers.
- Responsible for the control of billing, costing and settlement of all invoices.
- Independent planning and implementation of upcoming FM projects, taking customer requirements into account
- Control and maintain all documentation processes to ensure both compliance with health and safety regulations as well as legal and regulatory requirements.
- Manage all operational fixed and reactive costs to ensure efficiency
- Operational point of contact across the site
- Fluency in written and spoken English and German language
- Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Quality-oriented and independent working style
- A highly motivated individual, with excellent use of initiative and demonstrates a strong passion for service excellence and understanding customer needs
- Several years of professional experience in team lead and customer service role
- Understanding of planning and managing facilities projects
- A basic understanding of good health & safety practices and motivates the Team in Health & Safety culture
