As a Junior Business Processes Analyst in our Flavours Division, you will be fundamental in supporting the EAME Commercial Controlling team to drive continuous improvement initiatives through business process guidance, knowledge management and implementation of different assignments. You will have the opportunity to actively interact with cross-functional key stakeholders in Sales, IT and Givaudan Business Solutions.

  • Partner up to drive business process excellence: As business process steward you will develop process competencies within the organization supporting a network of sales local experts to continuously improve our business processes and share best practices across the company.
  • Make usage of your interpersonal skills: You will manage challenging interactions with key stakeholders in the context of conflicting objectives, different locations, different cultures and languages.
  • Foster training and knowledge management: You will be responsible to maintain up to date process and training documents related to activities performed by Sales and Regional Administration. You will provide support and educate the Power User community in regards to controlling related questions or issues.
  • Coordinate timely and qualitative master data activities: You will lead data consistency activities and ensure master data maintenance in line with internal procedures to enable data integrity and business performance management. You will align monthly closing processes with central functions. 
  • Achieve compliance: You will ensure compliance with Rebate policies and guidelines and administer implementation and tracking of Rebate related activities (set up rebates contracts in SAP, maintain/review accruals and manage settlements). You will act as liaison between Pricing, Controlling, Sales, Finance, Tax and Credit departments. 
  • Contribute in EAME wide initiatives and projects: You will support the EAME Commercial Controlling organization in requirements gathering, implementation and change management activities. Pro-actively identify and recommend process and system improvements.

Your professional profile includes:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Economics, Finance or Project management
  • Min 2 years of experience in project environment, business controlling or planning and with international background
  • Experience in manufacturing – ideally Flavour, Food & Beverages, Chemical or Pharma is an asset
  • Strong numerical skills – ability to effectively analyze data, present conclusions and recommendations in a clear way
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office
  • Proficiency in communicating in English, clearly and concisely with diverse audiences, in both oral and written contexts, other languages are an asset
  • Experience in user training and change management is an asset
  • Preferably previous SAP experience
  • Ability to quickly learn and apply new skills
  • A service orientated mind-set, proactivity and reliability
