Following the creation of global coffee alliance between NESTLE and STARBUCKS companies in August 2018, NESTLE has globally launched a new range of coffee products under the Starbucks brand to be widely available in grocery stores and major online platforms. Coffee consumers around the world can then enjoy their favorite Starbucks coffee at home. We are searching for STARBUCKS Brand Activation Trainee who will join our team to grow the new Starbucks portfolio in Switzerland.
In this role, you will develop and execute strong brand activation plan for Starbucks in order to deliver business objectives. You will also provide insights to design Starbucks promotional strategy and guidelines, manage pre and post analysis of promotional activities, set objectives and volume forecast for promotions together with KAMs.
A day in a life of a Starbucks Brand Activation Trainee:
Work hand in hand with Starbucks Brand Manager on execution of brand communication plan with key focus on in-store and digital.
Contribute to the business planning process by identifying the key distribution opportunities for the new Starbucks product range, define priority channels, trade and brand activation plans
Propose and lead in-store execution for Starbucks, identify and develop relevant POS material and coordinate overall interactions with KAMs and Field sales force
Provide insights to design Starbucks promotional strategy and guidelines, manage pre- and post- analysis of promotional activities, set objectives and volume forecast together with KAMs, active follow-up on promotional plan execution
Support KAMs in customer engagement by creating fact-based selling stories
Responsible for a trade marketing budget
What will make you successful
Bachelor degree in Business Administration or Marketing
First experience in Marketing or sales within FMCG
Understanding of coffee/beverages business is a plus
Excellent command of Excel
Knowledge of AC Nielsen is a plus
Strong leadership and ability to work with cross-functional teams
Fluent in English and German, French is a plus
