This is what you move with us

• Incoming goods control
• Posting of delivery bills, invoice control with the inventory control system KOST incl. proper filing
• Control of the beverage stocks for all restaurants, on the basis of the barrel suggestions
• Control and booking of various goods movements with the KOST system
• Assistance in carrying out spot inventories and end-of-month/end-of-season inventories
• Correspondence with suppliers
• Support of the sommelier in his administrative tasks
• Support of the F&B department: design and translation of menus in DE/EN/IT, assistance in service at events/occasions, processing reservation requests with the system Aleno

• You are a student at a Swiss hotel management school and are looking for a compulsory internship as part of this?
• You already have theoretical knowledge and are motivated to put it into practice?
• You have a strong sense of service and enjoy dealing with international guests?
• Are you used to working independently and on your own initiative and do you have excellent teamwork skills?
• You have very good language skills in German and English?
