Ecorobotix is growing! To pursue our mission, we are looking for a:

Sales Administration Assistant

Your missions :

  • Process the sales orders
  • Check data accuracy in orders and invoices
  • Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries
  • Collaborate with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries
  • Manage the order confirmation
  • Maintain and update sales and customer records
  • Keep under systematic review the ERP system
  • Providing support for sales team
  • Develop monthly sales reports and consolidation of sales forecasts.
  • Communicate important feedback from customers internally
  • Email responses to leads and dispatch to Area Sales Managers
  • Ensure sales targets are met and report any deviations
  • Stay up to date with new products and features

Your profile :

  • Federal Certificate of Vocational Education and Training in Business and Administration.
  • Good knowledge of French (C1) and English (B2 minimum), German is a plus.
  • 3 years of experience in Sales department of a small or medium-sized company with administratives responsibilities.
  • 1 year of experience with an ERP required (Odoo, SAP, etc.)
  • Excellent command of the usual computer tools (In particular Word, Excel, Outlook)
