SENIOR INVESTMENT MANAGER- REAL ESTATE
Job description
- Developing the strategy within the Multi Manager Real Estate team to build up a portfolio of funds and co-investments
- Developing new relationships through brokers and a professional network of contacts and business partners
- Sourcing investment opportunities in funds and co-investments
- Leading full due diligence process on funds, co-investmets and secondary opportunities
- Presenting and defending recommendations in front of the investment committee
- Monitoring portfolio investments in Private Real Estate
Profile required
- A minimum of 10 years’ work experience in a similar role in Real Estate, either through direct, fund invesments or investment banking supported by a personal track record
- In-depth understanding of investment processes
- Established network in the Real Estate Fund industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English
