of micro-parts. We supply our solutions worldwide to high-tech industries in fields like
micromechanics, turbine industry, watch and mold makers.
For our team of service technician we are looking for a
Activities
- Installation and revision of our machines at the customer site
- Phone support and troubleshooting to customers
- Basic training to the customer on machine use and maintenance
- Customer training in machine programming (ISO and SARIX CAM system)
Work trips are usually 2 to 5 days long.
Education
Studies in precision mechanics, electro-mechanics, electronics or equivalent
Your profile
- Fluency in English is mandatory and German and/or French is preferred
- Knowledge of machine construction, mechanical adjustment, precision mechanics
- Good understanding of mechanical and electrical drawing
- Knowledge in mechanical and electrical measurement
- Problem solving abilities and good communication skills
- Good knowledge of PC use Microsoft Office Word, Excel, email
- Resident or willing to transfer place of residence near company site
Addictional preferred skills
- Experience in international service technician activity
- Knowledge of Electro Discharge Machining, CAM, micromechanics
- Knowledge of CNC machine programming
- Italian or other languages
