Your Responsibilities
As a motivated and flexible person, you will be responsible to co-manage our Front Office. Your main duties will include: attending to Students, Faculty and Guests, inventory count, maintenance of internal databases and surveys, handling Front Office and Dean’s communication and admin. Additionally, you will be in charge of classroom allocation and meeting schedules.
Your Profile
You have completed commercial education (KV). You enjoy working with people and possess a courteous and committed attitude. You master English and German, both spoken and written (an absolute must). You work in a precise and responsible way, master MS-Office, are a self-starter and able to work independently.
