We are seeking

A motivated person to join our team as HR Administrator. In this position you will assist and support the Human Resources Team based in Lachen.

Your main responsibilities and opportunities
  • Be responsible for the Commercial Apprentice (Auszubildender KV EDZ) and the Commercial Apprentice Program.
  • Be responsible for new employee onboarding and introduction program.
  • Managing the Time & Attendance tool (training, maintenance, reporting).
  • Be responsible for training employees on the use of HR tools (SAP Sucess Factors: Employee Central and Performance Management, Admia).
  • Manage the administration of the yearly appraisal process of the Lachen employees.
  • Provide employees with German reference letters.
  • Be responsible for organizing National Future Day.
  • Provide competent administrative support to the local HR functions
  • Assist with Corporate HR projects as requested.
Your profile

You have a diploma as Personalassistentin/Personalassistent (HRSE Recognition) and 2-3 years experience within a similar position in a HR department. You have completed the training as Berufsbildnerin/Berufsbildner and have experience managing the Commercial Apprentice program. You have experience managing a Time & Attendance tool. You are a trustworthy team player with a well-developed sense of customer service. The role requires an affinity for people development, comfort working with routine and detail orientation. You must be fluent in English and German. High Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) is an advantage.
