Recruiting Manager

At our location in Baar (CH) we are looking for you (m/f/d) as:

Your Tasks:

• Set recruiting strategy and standards for the Capri Sun Group incl. annual plan for group wide recruiting budget and plan
• Responsible for all recruiting processes in Switzerland, Poland and Austria, supporting hiring processes in other countries as needed
• Direct search on social media channels to improve talent pool and fill vacancies
• Monitor and analyze recruitment KPIs to measure success
• Responsible for global recruiting budget including annual plan, forecasting and reporting
• Identifying recruiting agencies, negotiate contracts and manager relationships
• Run candidates and line manager satisfaction surveys to continuously improve candidate experience
• Mentoring of 2 Recruiter in Germany to ensure consistency in hiring processes
• Close collaboration with Global Employer Branding Manager in identifying and addressing hiring trends and candidate needs
• System owner for Workday ATS module incl. further improvement activities, line manager training and trouble shooting
  

Your Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 5+ years’ experience as a recruiter
• Experience in partnering and negotiating with senior-level leadership with a solid understanding of the global talent market
• Proven ability in leveraging LinkedIn and other job board tools
• Strong and established network with recruitment agencies
• Fluent language skills in both English and German
• Entrepreneurial spirit with a strong hands-on and can-do attitude
• Open minded and a strong interest to provide best candidate experience to applicants
• Cross cultural awareness in interacting with global talents
