Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated colleague to join our team of enthusiastic individuals and support our companies growth in the EU market. Maintain and update regular accounting practices and employee records and database. Work closely with local and global stakeholders ensuring a smooth flow of information.

You will be responsible for:

Accounting transactions including internal and external payments. Preparing monthly and annual financial statements and day to day accounting. Handling recruitment, on-boarding and off-boarding. Prepare and maintain employment contracts.

Requirements

Basic Education: Education background in finance and accounts. HR Specialist Certificate or equivalent further training will be an added advantage

Work Experience: Minimum of 3-5 Years in a similar role

Others: Knowledge of Swiss Employment law and social security system and regular accounting practices

Languages

English (Fluent), Conversant with local languages like French, Portuguese, Spanish and German is a plus
