Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated Operations Head for our Marflow Team. The candidate should have experience in selling our related product lines (Urology implants/ Gastroenterology implants/ Cardio, Neuro, Orthopedic- Disposables, Implants and Equipment, Urology scopes & laser) across the globe.

You will be responsible for

Marflow P&L, maintaining existing dealers and developing new dealer network. Represent our company and our products at various conferences and events. Intensive networking and relationship with KOLs, doctors, dealers and vendors. Ideally you already have an existing network in our relevant target segments. Plan and control customer and sales cycles.

Requirements

Basic Education: Bachelors in Engineering

Further Education: Technical training in the field of same industry, MBA will be an added advantage

Work Experience: Minimum of 10 years in a similar role and industry

Languages

English (Fluent), Conversant with local languages like French, Portuguese, Spanish, German and Chinese is a plus
