Ihre Aufgaben
- Project lead and management in the field of software development focussing on the public sector
- Teamlead for international project teams
- Processing of client inquiries
- Preperation of offers, offer presentations as well as contracts
- Project planning, controlling and reporting
- Allocating of human capital in the different project phases
- Usage of the latest agile methodologies and tools
- Collaborations with different stakeholders on madern collaboration platforms
Unsere Anforderungen
- Bachelor or Master (Uni/FH/HF) in business informatics, computer sciences or similar
- Multiple years of experience in being the lead of software development projects in the public setor, firsthand experience in programming advantageous
- Experience in sales as well as in the creation and negotiation of offers and contracts
- Experience with HERMES and agile methods such as Scrum and Kanban is a plus
- Fluent in German as well as English
