Project Officer - 1 year of contract
- Setting up a project timeline and monitoring individual tasks, ensuring they align with the replenishment schedule and the timely completion of important tasks.
- Creating and managing tools for planning and tracking, including an online document management system for all materials.
Additionally, responsibilities include:
- Coordinating internal meetings within the Secretariat and external consultation meetings with technical partners and advocacy groups. This involves scheduling, taking notes, gathering inputs for the agenda and presentations from various departments and partners, and ensuring follow-up on action items.
- Crafting clear and impactful presentations, speaking points, and other materials.
- Providing the division with additional project management and logistical support as required.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in project management and coordination is required. This should include experience in a dynamic, international, and multicultural setting, preferably in the public health sector.
- Familiarity with project planning and management tools is advantageous.
- English is a must
