To complete our team and for our 1 Michelin Star restaurant, Le Berceau des Sens, we are currently looking for a:
Your responsabilities
You will teach novice students theory and practice in Oenology/Sommellerie and in accordance with the pedagogical and EHL values
You will prepare your teaching sequences
You will be in charge of the weekly follow-up of the students
You will participate in the development of the program
You will guarantee the quality of the service provided and the satisfaction of the clients
Who you are
You have a Brevet Fédéral, a BTS, a Bachelor's degree or an equivalent diploma
You have at least 5 years of professional experience as a Sommelier in a Fine-Dining Restaurant
You have an excellent command of French and English
You have an interest in teaching
You are keen to pass on your knowledge and professional experience to students from different backgrounds and cultures
