Commercial Partnerships Project Manager
Sales & performance:
- Reaches sell-out, market share and sell-in objectives in adherence to the commercial agreements and objectives
- Daily monitoring of performance and commercial KPIs
- Frequent visits of our POS to build a strong links with our partners and provide a cross-functional support
- Systematic proposition of correctives and growth actions
Network development and commercial action plan:
- Contributes to Yearly Business Reviews and boutique action plans
- Roll-out omnichannel projects (ex. New IT tools, POS Re-Opening, boutique renovations…)
- Fosters synergies between the POS and the whole network
- Coordination of Watches and Wonders
Operational excellence and compliance:
- Ensuring that procedures are properly followed and applied (SPINE project)
- Guarantees achievement of Maison Inventory and Audit objectives
- Implementing new organisational structures to improve efficiency
- Deployment of operational tools
Client experiences and services:
- Enhance customer culture and knowledge
- Improve the customer journey within the POS and the network (customers services, Cartier Care…)
- Coordinating customers events with partners (manufacture visits…)
Marketing & Communication:
- Guarantee the proper product assortment with each POS and ensures that it is respected.
- Invites retailers to contribute to co-op communication strategies tailor-made to their client profile
- Designs a comprehensive action plan (co-op e-CRM, e-partner program, retailer- or Cartier- initiated events)
- Collaborative work to yield the best visibility of our POS
- Ensure that visual merchandising is properly maintained and respected
Transversal skillset development
- Contributes to the onboarding of the new joiners (Culture Cartier, product training…)
- Participates in designing an annual training action plan (targeted team trained, ambassador program)
- Animation of the Ambassadors community
- Key User Booster and monitor the proper use of BOOSTER 2.0
- Master’s degree or equivalent
- 5 years of experience in a similar role is a must
- Fluent in English and German
- High level of knowledge of the Watch Industry is a must
- Excellent salesmanship to promote the Maison in multi-brand environment
- Luxury product & retail sensibility
- Commercial experience in a boutique is a plus
- Expertise in Jewellery industry is a plus
- Good understanding of the competition landscape
- Digitally savvy with comprehensive analytical skills & perfect mastery of computer tools
- Ability to lead cross-functional projects and to work with and influence senior external partners
- Strong organizational, negotiation and partnership-building skills to create mutual value
- Excellent communication and active listening skills
- Support-oriented towards boutiques and partners
- Performance-driven
- Capacity to work retail hours including weekends when needed
- Enjoys traveling and commuting on a weekly basis
- Expected average time split 30% office 70% on the field
