- Leading and mentoring professionals by providing guidance, training and expertise in software Compliance concepts and processes
- Technical leadership and strategic guidance on Software compliance related matters to scrum teams and software architects to ensure that software designs are aligned with compliance objectives
- Support Divisions and Product Owners with ISO27001, SOC-2 and further Certifications
- Working closely with development teams and product management to facilitate fast resolution of complex Software compliance certifications (e.g. SOC2, ISO 27001...)
- Bring in your competency in all Innovations and Lifecycle projects
- Train and coach the Quality
- Engineers within the Team to improve the knowledge and skills to ensure a proper and lean Software compliance certifications
- More than five years of practical experience as a software test automation engineer or software engineer, with a passion to offer technical and strategic guidance in Software compliance Certifications
- Having an understanding of CI-Systems as GitHub Actions, TeamCity or similar
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in German and English with a proven ability to communicate and negotiate effectively in an international and distributed work environment
- Possessing a strong level of assertiveness, enabling confident and impactful representation of ideas and implementation proposals
- Playing a key role in shaping the SW Compliance approach, ensuring optimal and continuous process implementation and certifications
- Flexible annual working hours based on a 40-hour week, with 100% employment
