Business Development Manager – Thales & Tenable
We are seeking for an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead the growth of our cybersecurity business with Thales andTenable in Romania. This role is critical to expanding our revenue through strong channel partnerships, strategic alliances, and business development across these key cybersecurity brands for the Romanian market.
Responsibilities:
As a BDM, you will:
- Be a key driver of the company's revenue growth, working to meet or exceed company growth targets.
- Manage reseller partnerships, for the Romanian market, in alignment with Thales’s and Tenable’s channel programs and contribute to the success of these brands on Romanian market.
- Develop new business opportunities and alliances with key solution providers.
- Motivate, educate, and train partners on cybersecurity products and technologies from Thales and Tenable.
- Drive partner engagement by creating business plans including MDF strategy, account penetration strategies, and profitability targets.
- Stay ahead of cybersecurity trends and solutions, ensuring partners are well-equipped to tackle emerging cybersecurity challenges.
What You’ll Achieve:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key channel partners, from Romania, to ensure exceptional partner experience.
- Lead initiatives to expand the company’s footprint within the cybersecurity market, focusing on data security, vulnerability management, and threat protection offered by Thales and Tenable solutions.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business development or sales in the cybersecurity industry, preferably with channel partner management experience.
- Solid understanding of cybersecurity solutions such as data encryption, threat detection, and vulnerability management.
- Experience working with leading cybersecurity vendors is a plus.
- Excellent channel partner management and strategic selling skills.
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity trends and the evolving threat landscape.
- Aptitude for understanding how security technologies address business challenges.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to develop and execute business strategies and achieve sales targets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English and Romanian (written and spoken).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related field.
