Job description:
Grow with us - Your Responsibilities
- Carry out the commissioning of our complex BioA systems (IncuCyte®, iQue®, and Octet®) at our customers' sites
- Installation, qualification, maintenance, and repair of life cell imaging instruments and Bio Layer Interferometry instruments in the pharmaceutical and biotechnological industry
- Complete professional qualification documents, test reports, and certificates
- Organize customer visits and take care of ordering and shipping spare parts and relevant test equipment
- Collaborate with the Sales department in order to enable new opportunities and leads
- Collaborate with the Field Application department in order to further support customers
- Build positive relationships with customers
Required profile:
What will convince us
- Successfully completed technical education (electronics, mechatronics, engineering, or comparable education)
- Two years of professional experience as a service engineer, ideally in the pharmaceutical, biological, or chemical environment are desirable
- Although prior experience is valued, we encourage motivated individuals without working experience to apply. We prioritize a strong enthusiasm for learning and personal growth.
- You offer knowledge in automation technology and IT-related fields
- Excellent communication skills and a strong service-oriented customer approach
- We require an independent way of working and organizational talent
- Willingness to travel frequently within Switzerland is mandatory
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and German, other languages such as French would be an asset
