Il s'assure que les informations liées au patient soient bien disponibles pour toutes les prochaines thérapies, après une hospitalisation. Il est indispensable que le gestionnaire de cas ait toutes les informations sur les traitements du patients à l'hôpital et au centre de rééducation. Le métier de gestionnaire de cas n'est pas protégé. Il n'y a donc pas de formation ou d'examen définis. La formation est souvent du ressort du candidat.

Senior Manager Global Brand Management - Oncology(12 months temporary role with possibilities of extensions) Are you a dynamic team player? Did you effectively operate within a matrix organization? Has your experience in the US market been successful?Do you feel ready for your next challenge in launching and commercialization of biosimilars? In this case, you should take a look at this opportunity! Our client, a global biotechnology company based in the Geneva area is looking for a Senior Manager Global Brand Management in oncology.
Your main responsibilities:
  • Collaborates effectively and leads within a matrix environment Strategy & Execution.
  • Within the context of the biosimilars commercial strategy framework, establishes product level brand marketing plan, launch plans, road maps establishing key performance indicators for the brand.
  • Works with the team to propose a commercially acceptable target product profile.
  • Integrates customer insights into product development teams and ensures assigned molecules will be commercially acceptable to our customers.
  • Defines the product level forecast and budgets with the Brand Director.
  • Recommends creative ways to enhance the Value discussion for the assigned brand in the marketplace (including development of marketing materials and commercial launch campaign).
  • Monitor and assess the competitive landscape for the assigned product.
  • Define the product differentiation strategy for patient support services, devices, e-health initiatives, companion diagnostics and collaborative partnership to enhance the patient, provider, and payor customer experience.
  • Defines, Develops, and executes launch tools and activities to support launch of the Biosimilar product (e.g. congress management, PSP activities).
  • Represent the commercial function with a high level of credibility in the program team and the global launch team.
  • Drives growth and performance of assigned biosimilar brands.
  • Work with the Brand Director to maintain the commercial commitment to the P&L for the assigned product (supports and prepares the brand forecast assumptions, monitor the sales performance, identify opportunities of portfolio level synergies, additional cross brand and portfolio commercial activities...)
  • Definition of commercial strategies for an assigned global product launch including options to creatively grow the business through differentiation other than price.
  • Support the interaction across the organization to align country level launch plans.
Your qualifications:
  • Degree level background. MBA a plus.
  • English mandatory, other languages an asset
  • Over 8 years in pharmaceutical/biotech field
  • Biosimilar, biologic, and/or specialty pharmaceutical experience
  • Pharmaceutical commercial and marketing experience
  • Preference for experience in Mabs and Therapeutic area expertise in Oncology
  • Successful experience in the US market an asset
