Ein Case Manager oder Fallmanager ist vorrangig im Gesundheits- und Sozialwesen tätig. Er wird u.a. in Krankenhäusern und Rehabilitationseinrichtung beschäftigt und bildet dort die Schnittstelle zwischen Klinikärzten und den Betreuenden nach einem stationären Aufenthalt. Ein Case Manager betreut seine Klienten während der gesamten Behandlungszeit. Er sorgt dafür, dass die Patienteninformationen nach dem Klinikaufenthalt für die weitere Therapie verfügbar sind. Voraussetzung dafür ist, dass der Case Manager mit allen Abläufen zwischen Patient, Krankenhaus und Pflegeeinrichtung vertraut ist. Die Berufsbezeichnung Case Manager ist nicht geschützt, es gibt dafür keine abgestimmte Ausbildungs- oder Prüfungsordnung. Die Ausbildung liegt meist in privater Hand.

Your Main Tasks and Responsibilities
Handling & coordination of warranty orders to internal and external customers globally

Regularly check CORN material orders in CORN database and place them in SAP orders

Collaborate closely with different department to ensure customer orders are processed with accuracy and in a timely manner

Communications effectively with external and internal interest parties regarding orders and deliveries and helping resolve any issues

Ensure completeness of orders, and review the quality of the information before shipment to avoid any complain

Understand warehouse requirements that impact the order completeness to ensure that orders are processed as required

Monitor & Follow up of Orders, Backorders and Deliveries according to agreed process

Check on global availability of parts requested / ordered

Involve & escalate to Supply Chain in case of material bottleneck

Ensure smooth cooperation with global Customer Services Teams to support Time to problem solved based on set priorities

Clarify import requirements and initiate picking of material / shipping with the warehouse(s)

Communication with reporter / customer on status of delivery dates, packing and shipping status etc.

Monitor assigned Service Inbox and ensure correct and complete filing

Identifying and reporting of possible improvement areas in the way of working Development responsibilities

Handling & coordination of special agreements and arrangements
Your Qualifications
Education in Business Administration

Several years experienced in a Back Office / Order Management role

Global Material order Process incl. import / export knowhow

Process driven and able to report improvement potentials

Reporting and analyzing

SAP (advantage) & MS Office

Fluent in English

Highly Service Minded

Strong communication skills

Able to build strong relationships & network globally

Reliable and Accountable, efficient

Global Team player / cultural awareness
