Client Services Advisor
- The Client Services Advisor enhances the client experience by providing exceptional Cartier client service, assisting in safeguarding client assets, and acting as retail operational support to the global CS platform.
- As an Ambassador of client service for the Maison, our Client Services Advisor is responsible for providing advice, technical explanations and responses to clients as it pertains to the servicing of our pieces.
- He/she will provide after-sales service resolutions and solutions that meet and/or exceed clients’ expectations, to ensure the highest level of client experience.
- To succeed in this role, a significant experience +5 yrs min, in client-centric luxury retail is mandatory.
- The ideal candidate is empathic, agile, patient, and curious.
