IT Workplace Services Professional vacancy for a globally operating Risch-Rotkreuz based company in the Pharma sector.
Your tasks:
- Acting as a digital enabler to enhance employee productivity and provide a personalized employee experience
- Leveraging data analytics tools to provide proactive support and optimize incident management processes
- Managing IT hardware lifecycle and deskside support services to ensure service quality and compliance with SLAs
- Providing support for onsite services, including events and meetings, while promoting best practices to enhance user experience
- Driving the deployment of standard workplace infrastructure and collaborating on global and local projects
- Supporting local audit, inspection, certification requirements, and business continuity and disaster recovery planning activities
Your experience/knowledge:
- Several years of experience with ticketing systems and troubleshooting hardware, software and mobile devices
- Strong working knowledge of ITIL v3 processes in IT service delivery
- Familiarity with supported operating systems, devices, and applications, including Google Suite and Microsoft Office
- Expertise in managing IT hardware lifecycles and providing deskside support services
- Language skills: English – fluent in written and spoken, German is advantageous
