Main Responsibilities:

The Junior Project Manager role is to lead, plan and manage programs/projects in the Quality organization. This position will be responsible for the management of specifically assigned projects to include project planning, estimating, execution, implementation and ongoing support. You will work closely with the functional business leads to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of the solution deployed in support of the business goals and objectives. You will act as a liaison between the business and Quality.

  • Collaborates with business leads to build and execute well-structured program and project plans; Accountable for the successful delivery of projects, spanning multiple functional areas and locations and will use expert communication and leadership skills to establish a common understanding of the project timelines, milestones and expectations on delivery
  • Provide continuous strategic communication designed to update different key stakeholders and senior management on the status of key initiatives, cross-functional prioritization and synchronization of key initiatives
  • Provides direction to project resources, monitors efforts, assembles key project deliverables and identifies issues and risks requiring escalation when reporting project status
  • Schedules and facilitates project status meetings and advises management on project status, including executive reporting
  • Facilitates problem resolution and identifies & implements process improvements
  • Collect and reports performance metrics
  • Assists in Quality Event investigations including ownership of Quality Events
  • Assists in Periodic Review process including meeting facilitation and follow up correspondence


Who we are looking for:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in science, business, information systems, engineering or related discipline
  • Certificates in Program/Project Management or Process Excellence are preferred
  • 2 to 4 years' experience business/Project Management or Process Excellence preferred
  • Experience in GMP or ISO is required
  • Ability to lead across multiple business organizations in a highly matrixed organization is require
  • Strong knowledge and skills in MS Office required
  • Proven exceptional written and oral presentation skills preferred
  • Fluent in English; German advantageous
  • Strong interpersonal and diplomatic skills
  • Must be highly organized, creative, articulate and analytical
  • Must have solid understanding of project management methodologies and/or Process Excellence
  • Domestic and International travel up to 10%
