Legal Counsel - Supply Chain Strategy and Planning

What you'll do:
- Provide comprehensive legal advice and guidance on various matters
- Review, draft, and negotiate contracts and agreements
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies
- Collaborate with other departments to identify potential legal issues and propose solutions
- Participate in the development of corporate policies and procedures
- Represent the organisation in legal proceedings if necessary
What you bring:
- Qualified Swiss or EU Lawyer with experience in supply chain laws and regulations
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across the organisation
- Excellent negotiation skills with a keen eye for detail
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team as well as independently
- Strong understanding of laws, regulations, and policies relevant to the role
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining high levels of accuracy
- Fluent in German and English, French or Spanish would be a great asset
