As a member of the Power Protection sales team, you'll collaborate closely with internal departments to uphold exceptional levels of customer satisfaction. In this capacity, your responsibilities will encompass a range of product-related tasks aimed at supporting the global development, launch, maintenance, and profitability of digital solutions in power protection.

Your responsibilities
- Collaborate in defining, promoting, and supporting Digital Solutions within the Power Protection portfolio.
- Identify opportunities for new product and service development or enhancements to address customer needs effectively.
- Gather and analyze standards, market requirements, and customer needs to inform the development of a comprehensive product roadmap.
- Prepare market communication materials for new offering launches, ensuring clear positioning within the portfolio.
- Keep the product group, sales team, and channels updated on relevant topics, including market trends and competition.
- Conduct training sessions on new products and services for internal teams and customers.
- Compile comprehensive reports on market, product, and competitor activities for the sales and marketing team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define marketing plans and tools, promoting sales activities to achieve business objectives.
Your background
- Hold a technical school degree as a minimum (ideally electrical informatics/electronics), providing a solid foundation for understanding complex technical landscapes.
- Possess 2 years of practical experience in product support or product management, focusing on Digital IoT Solutions, with active involvement in customer-facing roles in a high-tech environment.
- Demonstrate expertise in formulating and executing marketing and sales strategies to meet organizational objectives and customer needs.
- Exhibit a deep understanding of various connectivity solutions for UPS and similar devices, including communication protocols like SNMP, Modbus, MQTT, etc.
- Proficiently manage IoT and Cloud asset management, using agile methodologies and the Scrum framework to drive project success and optimize workflows.
- Skillfully handle portfolio management, prioritizing and overseeing multiple projects to achieve business goals.
- Possess knowledge of UPS and cybersecurity concepts, contributing to a comprehensive understanding of product development.
- Embrace a collaborative and solution-oriented mindset, with exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities to foster partnerships across teams.
- Fluent in English, capable of articulating ideas proficiently in both verbal and written forms.
