ASPIRE Program and RSS Enterprise Capabilities
The ASPIRE program is establishing the digital backbone for Roche's impact on people's health. The goal of the Organizational Change Management (OCM) Shared Service is to ensure that individuals are prepared, the adoption of the Global Template and Product Increments is successful, and the business transformation effort is sustained effectively. We are unifying OCM, Communication, and Training Enablement services for ASPIRE to:
Provide the right OCM services for the entire ASPIRE project lifecycle (Product Development, Deployment, Sustainment) with a common core
Help colleagues understand ASPIRE and encourage them to prepare for and adopt ASPIRE, ensuring its sustainability beyond hypercare
Make ASPIRE a top priority, ensuring all stakeholders see its value and necessity, and actively welcome and contribute to its success
As an intern, you would join the RSS Enterprise Capabilities (EC) team, which delivers excellence in Organizational Change, Communication, Agile, Coaching, and Project Management, and therefore acts as an in-house service provider for ASPIRE.
What You’ll Be Working On:
Assist in various tasks under the supervision and guidance of the Chapter Lead and the global OCM Shared Service team
Aid in the preparation of communication/engagement campaigns to support change initiatives across the ASPIRE program
Support in writing and editing communications materials (e.g., newsletter stories, reports, memos, announcements, Google Sites/intranet pages, etc.) or assist in organizing ASPIRE OCM practitioner upskilling sessions
Create dynamic videos and interactive content
Support the logistics for the ASPIRE global town halls/informational engagement sessions
Translate materials, if necessary
Who you are:
Currently studying in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Journalism, Communications, Behavioral Science, or Organizational Change Management
Passionate about change and communication with excellent writing/editing skills
Good understanding of and experience in planning campaigns, structuring content, and website design in innovative ways
Fluent in English
The internship will take place in Kaiseraugst.
The preferred start date of the internship is November 2024, or upon availability, for a duration of 12 months.
This internship is not suitable for a Master's thesis.
Due to regulations, non-EU/non-EFTA citizens need to provide a certificate of enrollment, as well as a certificate from the university stating that an internship is mandatory and stating the length of it.
