Regional Market Access EMEA Oncology
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Manager, Regional Market Access (RMACS)is accountable for providing guidance to drive all aspects of Market Access in the Region: Pricing, Reimbursement, and, Advocacy to country market access functions with emphasis on, but not limited to, the Grow markets.
Steer mission-critical market access strategies and provide submission guidance for Oncology on-market and pipeline products for countries in the EMEA region through strong commercial awareness, technical expertise, strategic thinking and influencing skills with extra emphasis on Grow countries
As an integral member of the strategic Market Acces team, represent the needs of countries other than the must-win markets within the teamfor Oncology, and provide input on country needs for development of global deliverables.
Accountable for price governance and compliance; implement price policies and drive price approval process for the Region
Lead the OncologyMarket Access community within Europe: identify country information needs and ensure timely and comprehensive communication on roll-outs, training and best practice sharing on all aspects of market access (pricing, reimbursement, health economics, advocacy, negotiation and value communication)
Provide expert advice and best practice sharing to country affiliates on complex market access issues including risk-sharing schemes, health economic studies and patient access programs in order to maximize commercial potential of Bayer brands
MACS partner and integral member of the regional cross-functional brand team
Drive system and process efficiencies and effectiveness with RMACS
WHO YOU ARE
Advanced academic degree required: MSc/PhD, MD, PharmD or MBA
Experience: 5-7 years professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry; with knowledge and expertise in Pricing & Reimbursement, product development and commercialization experience
Strong leadership capabilities; demonstrated ability in driving, motivating and working across cross-functional teams; change agent
Ability to effectively work and communicate across multiple cultures and efficiently balance global and local needs; ability to integrate differing views and negotiate in complex environments
Analytical competencies to structure complex issues, think strategically and make mission-critical decisions
Superior communication, presentation, organization and project management skills, high standard in verbal and written English
