As part of a high-performance and dynamic team, we are looking to complete the Finance team a proactive, curious, well-organized and stress resistant team-player being able to deal with tight deadlines and able to work independently, albeit in close collaboration with internal/external business stakeholders.
YOUR MAIN MISSIONS:
- Preparing high quality monthly, quarterly and yearly financial reports according to IFRS and Swiss GAAP; Completing FINMA reportings.
- Performing data input in company accounting system to ensure data integrity.
- Participating to the technical accounting.
- Optimizing financial processes such as reconciliation of account, sub-ledger, balance accounts, bank accounts, etc.
- Preparing tax declarations; Manage tax regulations monitoring.
- Assisting with document preparation for internal/external auditors; Addressing auditors’ requests; Contributing to regulatory and compliance projects.
- Supporting various finance and accounting related projects.
- Assisting the Finance team when needed.
CANDIDATE PROFILE :
Education :
- Certification in accounting (e.g. Brevet Fédéral de spécialiste en Finance et Comptabilité or equivalent).
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a multinational environment, in a general accounting position
Competencies:
- Fluency in English and French are a must-have, German an advantage.
- Good analytical and numerical skills
- Advanced knowledge of MS office (Excel, Access, etc..), BO, and of SAP.
- IFRS experience a must-have
